COVID-19 Update


New & Pre-Owned Sales Department Are Open

Updated Hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm    Sunday-Closed

  • Sales is Open to help!
    You may book an appointment by calling 519-685-5497, email or come to reception during business hours and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
  • All clients must enter through main Nissan showroom doors and sanitize upon arrival
  • Contact information and screening questions must be completed. We will happily offer assistance to complete at arrival
  • Showroom and desks have been arranged to maintain 2m(6ft) distance
  • Vehicles and desks will be wiped down before and after each client
  • Test Drives will be allowed as long as the following health unit guidelines are followed:
    • Test drives must be limited to no more than 10 minutes
    • Maximum of 2 people, including 1 sales rep may be present in the vehicle during test drive
    • If 2 people are not members of the same household are present in the vehicle during the test drive, all windows must be opened at all times

Parts & Accessories Department

Updated Hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 3pm    Sunday: Closed

  • Parts & Accessories are open and available to assist your needs.
  • Special orders will need to be pre-paid before ordering

Service Department

Updated Hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 3pm     Sunday: Closed

  • Shuttle services are temporarily withheld until further notice
  • Waiting areas are available for those needing to wait for their service to be completed.

What To Do When You Arrive For Your Service Appointment:

  • Pull your vehicle directly into our service drive thru
  • One of our greeters will take your keys and direct you to an advisor who will have you complete the screening questionnaire.
  • If you are waiting for your vehicle, your advisor can direct you to one of our newly created waiting areas to help maintain social distancing.
